Biography

Sarah started as a Playgroup Assistant in February 2018 and currently works 2 days per week.

Sarah has a Paediatric First aid qualification, Food Hygiene certificate and Level B Safeguarding certificate. Sarah has completed her Early Years qualification - Level 3 CCPLD.

Sarah has attended training courses on the new NMS Early Years Curriculum for Wales, which was introduced in January 2022 and is helping the group embrace the new curriculum into its ethos, practices and activities. She is also the Group Autism Champion under the MCC Autism awareness programme and is helping to develop inclusivity across all areas of the setting to benefit all children.

Sarah enjoys yoga and physical play activities and provides the children with regular physical play, yoga and mindfulness sessions, which they all love.
