Staff

The staff are a very close knit and experienced team who have worked at the setting for many years. Staff are encouraged to bring their own ideas and interests into the setting to enhance the children's learning. They enjoy getting to know the children really well and respond to and develop the children's individual fascinations and curiosities to develop learning and skills.
The group has an extremely low staff turnover rate, so your child will develop strong and positive relationships with all practitioners in the playgroup, making for a supportive and happy learning environment.
All staff are available to offer support to parents and their children, whether that's toilet training, learning to pedal a trike, a new baby in the family, death of a loved one or a favourite pet or starting school. Staff can also make referrals to our Early Years Additional Needs Support Team for specialist advice to support families and offer in setting tailored support for children with additional needs.
All staff have completed Safeguarding and PREVENT training as required.
